Q How do I rate a business?
A Ratings on mylocal are a new feature and over time more businesses will be rated. You will first need to register for mylocal. Please sign up today at membership.ninemsn.com.au. Why not find some of your favourite businesses and rate them?
Q How does the rating system work?
A Businesses can be rated anywhere between half a star and five stars. The stars shown in the business listing details are an average of all ratings received for that business. You can see individual ratings given for a business by clicking on the stars in the business listing details.
Q Why do so many businesses have '0' ratings?
A Empty stars with (0) after them indicates that the business has not yet been rated by anyone. Ratings on mylocal are a new feature and over time many more businesses will be rated. We encourage you to find some of your favourite businesses and rate them.

Q I have a complaint about a rating my business has received - what can I do?
A Ratings on mylocal are a new feature and over time you will receive many more ratings which will lesson the impact of any one rating. In order for a ratings system like the one on mylocal to provide valuable information to other consumers, it is important that people are able to provide a range of ratings, both good and bad. If you would still like to ask ninemsn to consider removing a rating, email us.
